its been a month now sisnce i found u guys and in that month just watching ur postins have helped me soo much i have lost 22.5 pounds im so prous i reached my first weight loss goal 115 next is 105 then 95 and i will still be in good bmi b.c im soo small 5'1 thanx guys for helping me even though i kant post l8err-Julie
